RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return your order due to any quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for a return. Additionally, items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. The refund time will depend on the payment method used. Please see below for details:

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank for additional questions.

PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@developaw.com.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us at support@developaw.com. Our team will guide you, and you can return the product once the return is confirmed. If you return the product without prior confirmation, our warehouse may not identify the sender, which will make the refund unavailable.

No restocking fees will be charged to the customer for returned products.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you're returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are returning a product due to quality issues, we will reimburse the return shipping cost after inspection and confirmation that the product is within warranty.

IMPORTANT NOTES
This return and replacement policy applies only to products purchased directly from Developaw. If you purchased your item from a third-party seller, please contact the seller directly.
Once we receive and inspect your returned package to confirm that the warranty is still valid, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement for eligible products.
Please note that all accessories must be unopened and in new condition to qualify for a refund. For a replacement or refund, devices must be in "as new" condition, ideally with the original sealed packaging intact. If an accessory is returned for no reason, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the refunded amount.
For all returns, customers are responsible for the shipping fee.
If your device is faulty or dead on arrival (DOA), we will cover the shipping cost after inspecting and confirming that the device is within warranty.

Once you email us about a return or refund issue, we will respond within 24 hours on business days. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received a reply within 24 hours.
