Shipping Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these details (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.) and contact us promptly if any mistakes are found. If you haven't received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

SHIPPING
Express delivery areas: Australia and New Zealand
Shipping logistics providers: Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, DHL, UPS, TNT, Aramex

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. However, during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc.) or due to recent changes in international tariff policies, processing may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. Special situations can cause delays of up to 5 business days. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming the details of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with the order number, carrier information, the date and time the order was placed, and tracking numbers for the shipped items. You can track your order on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.

Once your package arrives in your country, local postal services will take over. This means you can track your parcel on your local postal service's website using the same tracking number. If there are delivery issues, please contact your local post office first for further information, as they have the most up-to-date details about your parcel.

Please note that tracking is available for 60 days, so we may not be able to help you if you contact us after this period.

DELIVERY
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged during transit, please email us at support@developaw.com within 3 business days after receiving your order.

If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us promptly by sending us a photo.

If possible, please record any issues related to the delivery (damaged/wet package, torn/bent products, etc.) and report them to the carrier when you receive your order.

CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your order is being shipped to an incorrect address, please contact us at support@developaw.com as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE
In case of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. However, we ensure that your order will be processed as quickly as possible once conditions permit.

Your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.

You will be responsible for the shipping fees of any returned product if it is not a quality issue.
